Ra.Pro Software is ready to use software. We will not make any changes in this software. We needs to collect and use certain types of information about your company. This may include information pertaining to business processes, data pertaining to current, past or future engagements, entities such as partners, vendors, employees, clients, suppliers, service users and any others in the capacity of an individual or an organization.
A. Payment Conditions: Full payment Advance
B. All the payment will be obtain by bank transfer, cheque, RTGS, electronic transfer only. Customer will paid Amount.
C. If your payment will pending then service will discontinue without any notice.
D. After completed full & final payment by you. Then after you will use of the project.
A. If there is no response by you after installation of software then we will consider it as completed.
B. software installation is completed, it means handover to you.
C. If there is any changes/development raised by you then it will be chargeable.
D. We will provide only L1 support.
A. The service will be provided by us only one time.
B. If there is a Third-Party service/server then the customer will be responsible for server setup & maintenance.
C. The license required for the server/services must be provided by the customer.
D. Final Payment paid from your side then we will start deployment process.
A. We will provide training to one of your responsible person.
B. If training needs to provide next time then it will be chargeable.
A. Amount will not refund in any case either project cancel by you or us.
B. If final payments will not receive then we are authorized to cancel the project.
A. Third Party charges will be extra. Customer Will pay.
B. We will never communicate with any third party Customer will communicate with third party.
C. We are not responsible for any third party credentials.
A. Domain & Hosting Charges will be extra if you buy with us.
B. You have to agree with the terms & conditions of third party services.
C. We are not responsible for third party services.
D. We are not responsible for your data backup, you are responsible for your Data.
A. Updation, up gradation, Maintenance and Support All are chargeable customer will pay.
A. All data will be confidential from our side.
A. If anyone uses our Services provided by us with the user or with the government or with the public to commit fraud or misleading propagandor counterfeit propaganda or anti-government work. or gives wrong information. So we are not responsible for that.
B. Any data and features on the Software, portal or application are held at the request of the customer. Client will be fully responsibility.
C. Agreement Is applicable for all types of services provided by us.
